Dock Shelter
The shelters insulate the inside environment from the outside during the whole loading operation, by resting on the rear profile of the vehicle.
Inflatable shelters are recommended for use where there is a wide variation in vehicle height and the vehicles in use may have "barn" type doors where a gap is created between the side of the vehicle and the open doors. |

Radius Lip Dock Leveler:-
Connects dock and truck bed enabling forklift truck to have direct access to the lorry for loading or unloading.
Ideal for connecting conventional vehicles from the rear. This type of leveler is the most economic and functional solution for traditional rear loading vehicles. A full range of types, with different carrying capacities and dimensions, are available to enable security with good working conditions.
This type of leveler allows connection to both positive and negative level differences.

Telescopic Lip Dock Leveler:-
The lip extends to connect vehicles that cannot approach the dock (e.g. side loading vehicles, containers, mobile cages, etc.) Thanks to the lip extension, which can reach one metre this model allows for connection even in the most difficult situations.
Platform Width:-
To comply with the European Norm EN 1398 a dock leveler width must be as close as possible to the width of the truck bed. We recommend the following:-
2.000 mm, for small and medium vehicles
2.200 mm with side flaps, for all vehicles
2.400 mm with side flaps, only for large vehicles.
- Platform Length:-
The longer the dock leveler, the smaller the gradient of the working surface. Respecting the European Norm EN 1398, which limits the working slope to a maximum of 12.5%, it is suggested that a dock leveler of sufficient length is chosen.
-
- Accessories:-

Security Traffic Lights:-
A security system based on a wedge placed against a wheel of the lorry, ensuring that the lorry does not move during the loading operation, and traffic lights. This system incorporates methods for sequencing these operations and remote traffic control. |
