The Mini roll door is
for internal use only.
The Mini roll door
structure is manufactured
from a combination of
galvanised sheet steel and
aluminium extrusions
which are powder coated
in a range of standard
colours.
The 80mm wide
guide ensure this door is
unobtrusive when installed
in office or commercial
environments.
The door structure is self
supporting but requires
fixing to the floor via it’s
foot brackets and at high
level for security and
rigidity.
The aluminium side
guide extrusions
incorporate special profile
nylon insert to both guide
and retain the curtain.
The bottom of the canvas
curtain is reinforced with a
horizontal steel tube and
the curtain has small
bearing wheels at
horizontal centres that
operate along and inside
the guides to ensure the
curtain is kept taught.
A
500mm deep full width
vision panel is provided.
All doors are supplied with
an internal push button,
one photo-electric safety
beam and a stop and
return safety bottom edge
as standard. A full range of
activation equipment is
available on request.
Our doors are built and
factory tested prior to
delivery. This, together with
simple design, ensures that
our doors are installer
friendly and can be fitted in
the minimum time.
Most
wiring connections are
made using multi pin plugs
for ease of installation. All
activation and safety
equipment is easily
connected to numbered
terminals within the main
control panel. The doors
are all delivered with full
fitting and wiring
instructions.

The motor incorporates
factory set limit switches,
an electric brake and
